We do not accept cancellations once orders are placed. 

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

We do not provide returns or exchanges for your order. 

If you received a damaged or wrong product, kindly reach out to us via WhatsApp on +91 8218907748 within 72 hours of receiving the order. Our team will respond in 24-48 hours for the same.

Once confirmed, the replacement product will be dispatched in MakingTime+ 3-4 business days, considering the handmade nature of each item. Making time is dependent on product purchased.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
